What we mean by "delete"

When you request deletion, we remove or irreversibly anonymize personal data tied to your account so it can no longer be used to identify you. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a short time for operational or legal reasons — see What we may keep below.

How to request deletion by email

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to accounts@befirstornothing.com following these instructions:

1. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request — [Your Account Email]

2. In the body of the email, include:

   • Your account email or username

   • What you want us to delete (choose from full account deletion or specific data such as profile, messages, orders, uploaded files)

   • Optional reason for deletion

3. Send the email from the same email address associated with your account to help us verify your identity.

4. We may reply asking for additional verification (such as a one-time code or password confirmation).
