Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

At First or Nothing, your satisfaction means everything. We offer a 30-day return policy for our food and dietary supplement blends, including OneFit and OneLife, in cases where items are damaged, not as described, or if you simply change your mind. This policy excludes eBooks and any items already covered under other existing policies.

To be eligible, you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item and meet the conditions outlined below.

In special scenarios—such as limited drops, promotional campaigns, or select offers—we may extend this to a 90-day return window. If applicable, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

1. Damaged or Defective Items
You can return items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

2. Change of Heart or Flavour/Blend Preference
If you're not satisfied with the flavour or blend, or you've had a change of heart, you may return your pack—only if no more than five sachets have been consumed, or in the case of tins, no more than five scoops (5 x 35g servings) have been used.
Once six or more sachets or scoops are used, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the remaining product unopened and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sachet or tin products where more than 5 servings (sachets or scoops) have been consumed

  • Opened bulk orders or repeat orders of the same product due to flavour preference

  • Items purchased on sale or with gift cards


Starting a Return

To initiate a return, email us at care@befirstornothing.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Regional Notes

European Union
Customers in the EU have a legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under the cooling-off period, provided the items remain unopened and in original condition.

United States, UK, Asia, Oceania
The 30-day return policy applies as outlined above. Please ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria before starting a return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
